Convert audiocontext-listener test to testharness

Convert audiocontext-listener test to testharness

Manually convert test to use testharness and new Audit.  Removed the
expected result file too.

Since we doing the manual work, I recommend to use the html doc template. This
document does not have anything except for script tags.
