Add missing dependency to //chrome/browser:resources

The browser_resources.grd file references generated uuid.mojom.js file
but there was no dependency in GN files. This caused 'gn gen'
with compute_grit_inputs_for_analyze=true to fail.

yzshen, sorry for stealing your bug

I was playing with "gn analyze" in our internal tree and found out that enabling
gn-time grit input detection breaks the build. Then I've found that there is a
bug already.

This is a quick and obvious fix, but I'm not sure if this is the right thing
though. "experimental_interfaces" already depend on "interfaces", may be proper
way is to make generator for the former depend on the generator for the latter?

I think it is reasonable to let generator depends on the other generator, just
as you said.
