[css-ui] Update caret-color tests

This is a new import from W3C csswg-tests repository,
as now the caret-color tests don't use "autofocus" anymore.
Using "autofocus" was causing some issues to run the tests with

This is just an update of the manual tests
that we're importing from W3C test repository after:
https://github.com/w3c/csswg-test/pull/1169

It requires new baselines due to the <script> tag added.

The behavior related to the caret itself is unchanged.
