I thought a little bit and came up with list of few providers that are in
different processes and different threads. Hopefully we will be able to identify
if tests break.

LGTM. Maybe I'd reword slightly the commit message saying:

This is to identify bugs in the memory-infra clients.
...
sheriffs: if this introduces crashes/flakes revert the CL straight away.

Otherwise sounds like you are saying "sheriff, this might break stuff, but we
really need this anyways", which is not quite the case :)
