Capture from Element: use a smaller webm file for a LayoutTest

This CL only affects the Layout test
 fast/mediacapturefromelement/HTMLMediaElementCapture-capture.html

that is slow on Linux (see bug). This CL changes the file used for the
third test case (video and audio) from using test.webm (~215KB) to
test-av-384k-44100Hz-1ch-320x240-30fps-10kfr.webm (~75KB) to speed up
the test.
