Can we use duration = 0 for this case where we never refreshed location?

If we never requested location, then the time listening is actually 0.

This way we can have a clear understanding of how often cold start is an issue,
without mixing that with other cases like "listening for very long time".

Ok. I'll make that change in another cl. I'd like to get this cl in so we see
data in the dashboard as soon as possible.
