Remove ContextClient from DOMWindowPerformance

Remove ContextClient from DOMWindowPerformance

Now that DOMWindowPerformance can access DOMWindow with host(),
DOMWindowPerformance doesn't need to observe ContextClient.

This CL removes DOMWindowPerformance::m_window.
