This one boolean determines whether a resize message is sent to the renderer. 
Previously we were sending a resize message anyway (not sure why) and so this
wasn't needed.

Recent code refactoring changed that (not sure exactly which change) and we need
to make sure the renderer is sent a resize message so it knows to exit full
screen.
