Besides, libatomic.so is unavailable in the next toolchain update.

latomic was introduced in
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=546019.

Seems to be a WAR for some Linux still with GCC 4.7.2.
https://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/Atomic/GCCMM.

We don't have this issue on cast.
