I just noticed this test got disabled a few months ago. It works locally and on
trybots (which should be very similar to the Windows 7 bot referenced in the
bug). This test shouldn't be disabled, if there's a regression elsewhere we
should fix it instead as this test ensures that any crashing test produces stack
traces which is necessary for debugging it.
