Fix null dereference in ExtensionsGuestViewManagerDelegate.

This is racy, so I could only see it with PlzNavigate sometimes, and only after the test finished and the browser windows were being closed.

This deflakes
WebViewTests/WebViewTest.Shim_TestNestedCrossOriginSubframes
with PlzNavigate.
