The previous code was

clipRect(..., SkRegion::kReplace_Op)

but that has been mapping, due to implicit enum->bool conversions, to

clipRect(..., true)

which expands to

clipRect(..., SkClipOp::kIntersect, true)

However, the rect parameter is the size of the entire canvas, making it a no-op
(nothing can change if you intersect with the entire bounds. Hence this
simplification of removing the clip code altogether.
