More edits to the linux build instructions.

More edits to the linux build instructions.

This change folds the notes on building on the different Linux distros
into the main Linux build instructions. It also moves the "faster
builds" information into the same page, adds one note for
Debian Android builds.

Why don't we just add lib32z1 to install-build-deps-android.sh?

You can't run install-build-deps.sh on Debian, it's limited to Ubuntu.

It's probably out of the scope of this patch, but I think we should just add
wheezy/jessie to install-build-deps.sh and then conditionally add the packages
below

Okay ... how would a user figure out which packages to install, then?

docs-only patch :).

Last time I built on Debian, I manually edited the script to include wheezy and
jessie, then ran install-build-deps.sh to generate the "apt-get install ..."
command, which failed because of missing packages.  I removed the missing
packages from the command by hand and then ran it.

Probably not what you wanted to hear.. it's not in a very good state right now
