Cleanup SVGMarkerData::updateFromPathElement

Cleanup SVGMarkerData::updateFromPathElement

Make the updateFromPathElement "closure" a simple thunk-style function,
to make it a little less unwieldy. Also pass PathElement& rather than
PathElement*.
