I'm assuming you tested this to prevent the issue which happened before (since
you landed the change to automatically stringify these values as they go out to
Rietveld, as opposed to when they are passed to the function).

I tested as far as I think is possible locally. The depot_tools change
https://codereview.chromium.org/24846002/ addresses known failure from
production CQ.
