Some minor improvements, like fixed some argument name

--package arg renamed to --browser
--category arg now takes multiple args instead of splitting comma separated list

logic calculating timeout now makes more sense

now kill monkey test process if you interupt test runner (before, monkey would
continue to run if you cntrl-C'ed test runner)

Everything else is unchanged I believe.

on failure & I don't think you should necessarily update it in this CL.
