Simple fix, but makes a BIG difference in how stable the reprojected contents
are!

LGTM but as discussed offline, please just turn off reprojection if the poses
aren't valid.

This is a symptom of the render canvas not being fullscreened correctly, and
there are also likely to be other issues such as not being able to get a
converging view. I'd rather have this be visibly different
from the case where it's working properly.
