Use ozone config on Linux Ozone bot

Use ozone config on Linux Ozone bot

CL https://codereview.chromium.org/2470453002/ added the Linux Ozone
bot but did not actually set use_ozone = true.  This CL makes it so
that I stop getting emails about this failure :S
