Untangle setComposingText() and commitText()

Untangel setComposingText() and commitText()

Make ReplicaInputConnection#commitText() and
ThreadedInputConnection#commitText() call
InputMethodController::commitText() instead of
InputMethodController::setComposition() when text is empty.
