The tests that will continue to fail after this series of CLs are because:
 * credentialType not supported
 * url being supported
 * iceTransportPolicy:"none" being supported
 * iceTransports being supported
 * peerIdentity and iceCandidatePoolSize not being supported
 * currentLocalDescription, pendingLocalDescription, currentRemoteDescription,
pendingRemoteDescription, connectionState and canTrickleIceCandidates not being
on RTCPeerConnection.

Don't think this should be supported without actually supporting tokens.
