Prune createVisiblePositionDeprecated

Prune createVisiblePositionDeprecated

This patch updates layout for the remaining callers of
createVisiblePositionDeprecated, so that now all VisiblePositions are
created in clean layout.

createVisiblePositionDeprecated no longer has any call site, and hence,
is removed.
