Fix some WebContents leaks in prerendering tests

Ultimately this is blocking some other work because it's causing
RenderProcessHostImpl instances to outlive the TestingProfile, and
that's undefined behavior.

I ran into this when changing some details of RPHI behavior. These tests end up
causing UAFs in RPHI with my CL, because they trigger certain conditions which
should be impossible to reach (namely that an RPHI shouldn't still exist after
its BrowserContext is destroyed).
