Description

Allow external users to use simple chrome again. This old version of chromite has a bug where gsutil always uses recursive mode, preventing it from working for external users. Bump chromite version to pick up the fix. BUG=chromium:351475 TEST=Run cros chrome-sdk with new version of Chromite. Committed: https://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=264101
