{CSS,XSL}StyleSheetResource should mark their clients as finished on checkNotify

Before this CL, {CSS,XSL}StyleSheetResource::checkNotify didn't trigger markClientFinished as Resource::checkNotify did.
This CL aligns {CSS,XSL}StyleSheetResource::checkNotify to trigger it properly.
