Merge can/shouldDeleteRange in Editor

Merge can/shouldDeleteRange in Editor

Editor::shouldDeleteRange is the only caller of canDeleteRange, and is
basically a simple wrapper of the latter. This patch merges the two
functions to make code simpler.
