One possible way is to add an assertion to catch the thread-unsafe usage of
base::WeakPtrFactory::createWeakPtr().
(I'm not sure how to write such assertion though; I expect we need
refactoring/cleanup of WTF/base's WeakPtr threading restrictions to make them
consistent)
