Don't we want to add [RuntimeEnabled=GeometryInterfaces]?

Does that do anything for dictionary? I think dictionary are all
NoInterfaceObject. (Would overload handling know to disable one overload which
uses a runtime enabled dictionary?) I think in this case the user is
RuntimeEnabled=GeometryInterfaces anyway.
