MSE: Remove old WebMediaSource::addSourceBuffer declaration

MSE: Remove old WebMediaSource::addSourceBuffer declaration

Now that both MediaSourceBase and Chromium WebMediaSourceImpl only call
or implement the version of WebMediaSource::addSourceBuffer() that
includes FrameProcessorChoice, this change removes the old version of
this method that did not have FrameProcessorChoice.
