[ios] Cleaned up web EG matchers.

[ios] Cleaned up web EG matchers.

1.) Dropped Obj-C API as unused
2.) Pass std::string by value because they almost always used in blocks
3.) Consistently use C++ Style for variable naming
4.) Dropped namespace prefixing where unneeded
