I'm not sure if the analyze bot intentionally disables pch files -- maybe we can
just remove this flag from the analyze bot's config?

I don't know if no_pch is actually required either. I'll put testing that on my
todo list. Testing it now is a bit tricky because until I upgrade Chrome to VS
2015 Update 3 the /analyze builder is continually failing.
