This is a revert of part of https://codereview.chromium.org/2127673002 that
changed the bounds computation for inverse paths rendered by GrMSAAPathRenderer.

I don't currently understand why we use the RT bounds when stenciling the path.
It seems like we should only need that in the cover step. However, it breaks the
'invert' variations of the complex_clip GMs in msaa mode to not do this. It also
matches what the default path renderer does. So I'm reverting this aspect for
now and will take a look at why this is necessary.
