I've done this myself and everything appears to be OK (though I'm a little
worried about not being able to scope the includes/defines to just 'blink'
targets as I used to do with GYP).

blink`.
You might replace this with a mention of the --filters arg, which does roughly
the same thing (though it also includes dependencies).
