[Cronet] Remove unused ping and windowUpdate methods

[Cronet] Remove unused ping and windowUpdate methods

BidirectionalStream.ping and BidirectionalStream.windowUpdate are unused.
This CL removes them. We can consider adding them back if there are interests
from consumers.
