[turbolizer] Add 2 buttons; add middle-click on input; add comment in UI.

Added a button to show (transitively) all effect edges; added a button
to hide all control edges; middle-click on an input now shows
(transitively) all similar inputs from the same opcode. Also add a
placeholder text to the regexp search box.
