This seems like a very questionable thing to do, unless false positives are ok.

It's incredibly questionable, but false positives are okay for now, they just
mean we'll use WebMediaPlayerAndroid instead of WebMediaPlayerImpl. Long term
we'll use bytestream information instead to select the Mojo MediaPlayer.
