LGTM

FWIW, I'm happy that we use the default version, and unhappy that Chrome does
not.  I've commented about this a bit in
https://codereview.chromium.org/2021403002/ but to paraphrase, Chrome
historically wants to disable features that aren't in use.

Haha, yeah, I saw that, and I agree. I suppose the risk is that someone in
Chromium adds code that we didn't want them to add?

Regardless, I realized that I am about to introduce a change (to include
pngprefix), which will change this, but oh well...
