[Layout API] Use FrameView::layoutViewItem() in WebFrameTest.cpp

There are several references to layoutView() which can be replaced
1-1 with layoutViewItem(). I had to add two methods to LayoutBoxItem,
logicalWidth() and logicalHeight().
