It looks like this test has a typo (missing '#' for darkenFilter), so we should
probably just fix that up instead (first).

(I don't see the connection between crbug.com/608829 and this test.)

The blue->nothing transition indicates a bug/regression in this CL though. ("If
the filter references a non-existent object or the referenced object is not a
filter element, then the whole filter chain is ignored. No filter is applied to
the object." https://drafts.fxtf.org/filters/#typedef-filter-url) Surprised
there are no specific tests for that... quite possible there are inconsistencies
around error-handling though.
