ResourceClientOrObserverWalker has the same problem, but it's not very
exploitable at this moment, so you fixe only RawResource::didAddClient, is that
correct?

Yes, and because I expect the fix for ResourceClientOrObserverWalker will be
larger and I'm afraid it will become not mergeable.
