Update FromGoogleSearch page load metrics to log immediately

Update FromGoogleSearch page load metrics observer to log timing
events immediately.

This change also changes the client name string to be easier for
UMA dashboard users to understand, from FromGWS2 to FromGoogleSearch.

One comment here: now that we have so many callbacks, the separation of observer
and logger classes becomes a bit more cumbersome. I think we should remove that
separation, but let's do that in a separate change.
