Paying for digital goods with PaymentRequest

This is an integration test for PaymentRequest that performs the
following steps.
  1) Launch PaymentRequest
  2) Click [PAY]
  3) Type "123"
  4) Click [CONTINUE]

The test verifies that the webpage has received the user's payment
information.
