Test purchases with free shipping.

This is an integration test for PaymentRequest that performs the
following steps:
1) Launch PaymentRequest
2) Click [PAY]
3) Type "123"
4) Click [CONTINUE]

The test verifies that the webpage receives the user's shipping address
and payment information.
