@pdr, I was debugging an issue for RSS feeds and came across this piece of the
code. And found about one redundant if condition check hence the patch.

@eseidel, yes this comes during Xml viewer mode and for Xsl transformation. This
patch just removes one extra if condition check and there is no behavior change.

I missed this the first read-through: m_sawXSLTransform is in both if
statements.

LGTM, but please change the first line of the change description to something
like "Remove unnecessary conditional when deciding xmlViewerMode"
