[MD settings] one way binding for side nav arrow icons

This CL changes the Polymer binding that controls the
arrow style in the side nav menu to use the more
efficient one-way binding.

lgtm. I doubt this is actually more efficient as I'm sure Polymer doesn't even
try two-way data binding with computed annotations, but I still advocate this
style cuz it makes your intention clearer.

LGTM. From my discussions with Polymer folks during the summit, two-way binding
results in an extra JS listener VS one-way binding (although it is not clear
what is being listened to for computed bindings). I agree with Michael though
about making the intention clearer.
