It would be nice if this were a gm or something so we could track it to make
sure it actually worked as well as compiled. Though I suppose that can be done
later.

third_party/harfbuzz/README:3: the autogenerated .h and .hh files to this
directory.
This should note that this depends on Ragel State Machine Compiler to work. It
would be nice if we could just call it directly as part of the build instead of
checking these in. (The harfbuzz release tarballs have them pre-built, but they
need to be generated from the .rl files in a checkout.)
