[MediaFling] Fix timestamp issue in remote media playback This CL fixes a bug caused by the MediaItemStatus timestamp inconsistency between the GMS core CastMediaRouteProvider and PositionExtrapolator. The timestamp from the GMS core is overridden by the elapsedRealtime.
