From what I understand, an Android AutofillProfile can legitimately contain null
values (if a field isn't used in the country in question), and the native
AutofillProfile uses empty strings (which is the default anyway) everywhere to
signal the absence of values, so we just skip the calls if the Java value is
null. Does that make sense?

I recently landed a CL to change ConvertJavaStringToUTF{8,16} from logspamming
to DCHECKing when null is passed in (https://crrev.com/1828193002), which caused
this crash. The autofill code is indeed older.
