I believe the convention is to use module/namespace "foo.mojom" (in this case
blimp.engine.mojom) and don't have "Mojo"/"Mojom" in interface/struct/etc.
names.

Done. Also removed "mojo" from the impl class name, so
BlobChannelMojoImpl=>BlobChannelService.
