Is "opengl" strictly needed (or correct) here (and above)? That's intended to
select ANGLE's backend and I'm not sure it'll be detected properly. See
_GetANGLERenderer in src/content/test/gpu/gpu_tests/gpu_test_expectations.py.

I think it should be detect properly:
 - The code checks if "OpenGL" is in gl_renderer, and in the log file we see
that it is.
 - The expectation at line 222 was not triggered when running without ANGLE. The
change for the preprocessor expectation is to remove "opengl" so that the
--use-gl=desktop is matched too.

Maybe I'm misreading the logs but it looked to me like the GL_RENDERER string
was "Mesa DRI Intel(R) Haswell Desktop".
