Change the context type name to "bitmaprender" for ImageBitmapRenderingContext

Change the context type name to "bitmaprender" for ImageBitmapRenderingContext

Previously, we used "imagebitmap". Firefox uses "bitmaprenderer". This
changes makes the two interoperable.  This will be relfected in the
spec which is WIP.
